摘要
淬火过程中的快速冷却在工件内部产生的内应力是导致淬火变形的根本原因。本文较详细探讨影响工件淬火变形的主要因素,提出了相应的预防和矫直措施。
The inner stress produced by quick cooling during quenching is the basic reason of formation of quench- distortion of parts. The paper expounds the main reasons of formation of quench distortion and gives some relevant precautions and straightening solutions.
