辐射能信号与锅炉吸热量静态关系的试验分析

TEST STUDY ON STATIC RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN RADIANT ENERGY SIGNAL AND ABSORBED HEAT IN A BOILER

摘要 通过三维温度场监控系统采集某300MW机组燃煤锅炉燃烧火焰图像,计算得到炉膛燃烧的辐射能信号,并根据锅炉运行参数计算了锅内过程不同阶段的吸热量。计算表明,除空气预热器外,在(200-300)MW负荷范围内,辐射能信号与锅炉不同阶段的吸热量均呈线性变化。把辐射能的微分信号引入到锅炉过热器的减温调节系统后,使过热蒸汽温度最大偏差〈3℃,取得了良好的实际调节控制效果。 The flame image of combustion in a boiler for 300 MW unit has been acquired through three dimentional temperature field monitoring system, and the radiant energy signal of combustion in the furnace being obtained from calculation, and the absorbed heat in different stages of process in the boiler being calculated on the basis of boiler operation parameters. The calculation shows that the radiant energy signal and the absorbed heat in different stages of process in the boiler all to be linear variation in the range of load 200-300 MW, not including the air preheater. After introducing differential signal of radiant energy into desuperheating system of the superheater, the maximal deviation of superheated steam temperature is〈3℃, abtaining good effectiveness in practical control.
