摘要
用440 t/h循环流化床(CFB)锅炉燃烧福建无烟煤,采用了烟煤辅助点火以及给煤与返料混合给煤的方式,并通过提高稀相区温度和布置高效率的旋风分离器,以期解决无烟煤难着火和难燃尽等问题。锅炉性能考核结果表明,锅炉热效率为89.55%,达到了设计值。
In order to burn antracitic coal in Fujian Province for circulating fluid bed (CFB) boiler, an auxiliary ignition system of bituminous coal as well as a coal feeding mode of blending feed coal with returned materials has been adopted, and through enhancing temperature in dilute - phase rejion and allocation of high effective cyclone separater, so as to solve the problem of difficult ignition and difficoult burnaway for antractitie coal. Results of examining boiler performance show that the thermal efficiency of boiler to be 99.75%, reaching the designed value.
