摘要
本文借助作者研制的具有多种测试仪器、能在工业生产条件下运行的全程透明视窗双螺杆挤出机,对聚合物材料在啮合型同向旋转双螺杆挤塑全过程的真实变化行为作了较深入的可视化动态观测和系统的分析。其结果可为深入揭示双螺杆挤出机理、推进可视化技术在聚合物加工原理研究中的应用起到促进作用。
ith the help of a visual successive transparent glass windowed co-rotationg twin screw extruder, a lot of visual experimental studies were carried out successfully. The visual experimental studies showed that the phenomena of co-rotating twin screw extrusion were different from that of single screw extrusion. The most remarkable characteristics for co-rotating twin screw extrusion are pointed out in the paper,which are very usufull for studying the mechanism of co-rotating twin screw extrusion and promoting the use of visualization in polymer processing.
