摘要
用丙烯酸和琥珀酸酐对F-44酚醛环氧树脂进行改性,合成了一种水性光敏酚醛环氧树脂。研究了催化剂种类及反应时间对反应的影响,以及原料配比对改性树脂水溶性和力学性能的影响,提出了最佳的合成工艺条件。结果发现当投料比n(环氧基)∶n(丙烯酸)∶n(琥珀酸酐)=1∶0.5∶0.5,该树脂可溶于质量分数为5%的Na2CO3水溶液中,并且具有优良的光敏性和力学性能。
A special waterborne photosensitive epoxy -phenolic resin was synthesized by modification of F - 44 epoxy - phenolic resin with acrylic acid and succinic anhydride. The influence of catalysts and the reaction time on the reaction and influence of the reactants ratio on the water solubility and mechanical property of the product was investigated, the optimum reaction condition was offered. The result showed that when n( epoxy group) : n( acrydic acid) : n( succinic anhydride) = 1: 0.5: 0.5, the product shows good photosensitivity and adhesion and could dissolve in 5% (m/m) Na2CO3 aqueous solution.
