原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群检测的意义 被引量：8

摘要 目的探讨原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及细胞因子的特点及意义。方法以35例健康人作为对照组,用流式细胞术分析了35例确诊的PBC患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及其分泌IL-4和IFN-γ情况。结果PBC患者组CD4+T细胞升高,CD8+T细胞下降,CD4+T/CD8+T比值上升(P<0.05);PBC患者CD4+T细胞IFN-γ表达显著升高(P<0.05),而IL-4水平与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论在PBC发病机制中,CD4+T细胞和TH1亚群细胞起重要作用。
