摘要 “数字鸿沟”已经成为信息时代全球性的问题。发达国家、发展中国家、国际组织都在积极地组织专家进行研究。主要对目前国内外有关“数字鸿沟”的定义及本质、实证研究进行述评。 ＂Digital Divide＂ has already become the global question in information age. Developed countries,developing coun tries ,international organizations all organize experts to carry on research it actively. This text reviews the study of domestic and international definition essential,and the positive study of ＂Digital divide＂ at present.
