摘要
对3个不同的浓香型白酒酒醅发酵窖池的片球菌进行研究,共分离得24株纯菌株。经生理生化鉴定和16SrRNA基因同源性分析,结果表明,其中20株菌属于片球菌属的7个已知种,另外4株菌的特征与已报道的种不同,因而提出了两个新种:酒窖片球菌和耐乙醇片球菌。
Twenty-four pure strains were isolated from three different fermentation pits for Luzlaou-flavor liquor and 20 strains among them were identified as Pediococcus damnosus ,Pediococcus pentosaceus, Pediococcus acidilactici, Pediococcus inopinatus, Pediococcus parvulus, Pediococcus dextrinicus and Pediococcus stilesii through physiological and 16S rRNA phylogenetic analysis. The other four strains belonged to two new species because of their special characteristics: Pediococcous cellicola and Pediococcous ethanolidurans.
