摘要
竹叶青亦作竹叶清,简称竹叶,是我国历史名酒之一。竹叶青起源于战国时期,南北朝时已深受社会各方人士喜爱。随着社会经济和文化的迅速发展,竹叶青酒取得了长足的发展,唐宋时已达到鼎盛阶段,曾得到著名诗人白居易、杜甫等20多人的赞誉。元代关于竹叶青的记载不多,仅出现在杂剧中。至明代竹叶青成为宫廷御酒,并且衍生出一种新型竹叶青酒——药酒竹叶。竹叶青酒在清代鲜有记载,笔者推测在清代竹叶青的影响力大为削弱。
Zhuyeqing liquor, also named Zhuye, is one of the famous liquors in China. The birth of Zhuyeqing liquor could trace back to the Warring States Period and it became popular among people in the South and North Dynasty. With rapid social development, it had reached its climax in Tang Dyansty and Song Dynasty (praised by famous poets BAI Ju-yi and DU Pu etc.). There were only a few records on Zhuyeqing liquor in Yuan Dynasty (only appeared in poetic drama). Up to Ming Dynasty, it became an appointed liquor product in imperial life and a new-type Zhuyeqing liquor--medicinal Zhuye had developed. There were few records on Zhuyeqing liquor in Qing Dynasty. Thus the author supposed that the influence of Zhuyeqing liquor in society in Qing Dynasty faded away greatly.
