对中原白酒的思考及对策研究

摘要 中原白酒曾有过辉煌,在中国白酒中占重要地位。但是,现在存在着忽视自己的定位和个性风格、缺少板块的整体性、忽视了科研工作、出现了采取低层次的竞争方式等不容忽视的问题。中原白酒要做大做强,就必须联合起来,制订一个整体发展战略,走以我为主的生产路子,创新产品风格,在科研上加强合作,形成自己的流派,加强对酒精的研究,做好新型白酒,注重品牌的塑造,不断提升产品形象,加强相互合作,共同促进区域经济发展。(丹妮) The liquors in Middle China had past glory and played important roles in Chinese liquors. However, there existed some problems at present which seriously inhibited the development as follows: negligence of accurate product orientation and product individuality, scarcity of the wholeness of all the products, and oversight of scientific research work,and low-level market competition measures etc. In order to revive the liquors in Middle China, all the distilleries in Middle China should unite together and formulate a common development strategy (based on self-development, advocate product innovation, strengthen scientific research cooperation, and pay more attention to the establishment of the brand and the development of new type liquor to enhance product image and to advance regional economic development).
