酒从诞生以来就受到人们的喜爱而长盛不衰。酒对人、对社会既有有益功能也有有害功能。因此,对酒要有一个客观的认识和正确的态度:消费者既不要因“爱酒”而不节滥饮,也不必因“恶酒”就滴酒不沾,要适量、科学、健康饮酒;生产者在重视经济效益的同时要重视社会效益,多生产优质酒、低度酒、保健酒、水果酒。这样才能趋利避害,使酒行业健康发展。让酒为沟通亲情友情、密切人际关系、点缀美好生活、获得高雅享受,为建设和谐社会发挥积极的作用。
Liquor is always popular among people since its birth. In fact, liquor has both advantageous and disadvantageous functions to society. Accordingly, the objective recognition of and the proper attitude to liquor is necessary. Consumers should avoid inordinate drinking and the horror attitude to drinking is unwise. Scientific drinking of adequate quantity of liquor is advocatexl. Liquor manufacturers should pay more attention to not only economic benefits but also social benefits. They should produce more quality liquor, low-alcohol liquor, healthcare liquor, and fruit wine, which could advance health development of liquor industry. Liquor should be a bridge for communication and a decoration for daily life, which would play positive roles in the construction of harmonious socienty, and consumers should obtain elegant enjoyment by drinking.
