摘要 研究了不同时间、不同光照以及根瘤菌不同接种时间等对花生生长和结瘤的影响。结果表明,25℃、每天12h的光照对花生生长和结瘤十分有利;针对大别山的土壤和气候特点,根瘤菌接种时间应控制在花生播种后1周内为好。 The effect of temperature, light intensity and time of inocutating Peanut rhizobium on the growth of arachis and nodule were studied in this paper. It was showed that 25℃ and light intensity of 12h·d^-1 were advantageous to the growth of arachis and nodule; and according to the speciality of climate and soil in Dahieshan mountainareas, inoculating should be finished within 7 days after sowing the seeds of arachis.
