干旱胁迫对辣椒生理机制的影响 被引量:21

摘要 选用重庆、四川一带普遍种植的特长香辣大金条、辛香四号、新选二金条3个辣椒品种为材料,在同一水平条件下测定它们在不同程度的干旱胁迫下相关生理指标的变化,结果显示,随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,辣椒幼苗组织的相对含水量呈下降趋势,脯氨酸含量急剧增加,丙二醛含量先降低后增加;抗旱性强的品种保持着较高的组织相对含水量和脯氨酸含量,丙二醛含量相对较低,抗旱性弱的品种则相反。新选二金条的抗旱性高于辛香四号,特长香辣大金条的抗旱性最弱。 The changes of some physiological indexes under drought stress in Techangxiangla dajintiao, Xinxiang Ⅳ, Xinxuanjintiao Ⅱ planted in Chongqing and Sichuan were studied. The results indicated that the relative water content decreased and proline content sharply increased under the condition of drought stress. The content of MDA in seedling stage increased after decreasing a little under the condition of drought stress. The high drought-resistant cultivar kept relative higher water content and proline content, and lower MDA Xinxuanjintiao Ⅱ had a better drought tolerance than Xinxiang content. However, the lower resistant cultivar was opposite Ⅳ, Techangxiangladajintiao had the lowest drought tolerance.
