摘要
探讨了加工工艺对低密度聚乙烯薄膜雾度的影响及其变化规律,优化了加工工艺参数,确定最佳工艺条件为:熔体温度170℃,冷凝线高度20.0 cm,吹胀比3.5,牵伸比4.0;使产品透明度提高,50μm薄膜雾度在7.0%以下。
The dependence of haze and its variation rule of low density polyethylene (LDPE)film on processing technology were discussed. The processing parameters were optimized and determined as following: melting temperature 170℃, frost line height 20.0 cm, blow-up ratio 3.5 and draft ratio 4.0. The transparency of the LDPE film made of grade 2426H was improved due to the technological optimization; the haze of the film with thickness of 50μm was lower than 7.0%.
