摘要
针对国内外文献中所分析的结构参数对旋流泵性能的影响,结合实验所得结果对旋流泵的计算模型、计算方法和设计方法等研究现状进行综合分析,提出对旋流泵的设计应在已有的实验数据和数值模拟的基础上对不同浓度、不同粘度、不同粒径颗粒以及在不同比转数情况下对旋流泵进行分型设计,提出应对不同的流动采用不同的设计模型的展望。
The development of vortex-pump in home and abroad are systematic narrated. The calculating models,the way of calculating and design on present records about vortex-pump are analyzed. We consider that separate types of design of vortex-pump should he carried out on different densities,different viscocities ,different diameters of particles and in the different ratio of velocity which should be on the basis of the experimental results and numerical simulation. We also carry out the prospect of the research and development on vortex-pump in future.
