摘要
依据控制图中抽样大小的机理,对六西格玛技术中的1.5σ漂移问题进行了系统的分析,并根据过程的动态特性,提出了准确反映过程动态能力改进的过程能力指数——动态Cpk,进而对六西格玛实施过程的控制阶段,提出了监控高σ过程或接近零缺陷过程的质量控制技术.
Based on the mechanism of sampling of control chart, this paper systematically analyzes 1. 5σ drift question in Six Sigma technology. According to the dynamic feature of process, improved process capability index, dynamic Cpk is proposed, which describes accurately dynamic process capability. Then, with regard to the control step of Six Sigma deployment, quality control technology monitoring high a process or close to zero defect process is proposed.
