摘要
为了提高镁合金的耐蚀性,对表面进行化学镀镍。研究了硫脲、pH值、温度及时间等对化学镀镍层及镀速的影响。测定了镀层的显微硬度、结合力和耐蚀性。结果表明,镀层具有较高的硬度和较好的结合力,耐蚀性大大提高。X射线衍射表明,镀态下镀层为非晶态,热处理能使镀层晶化,当热处理温度达到400℃时,晶化效果尤为明显。
Electroless nickel plating on magnesium alloy is researched to improve its corrosion resistance. Effects of thiourea, pH,temperature and time on electroless nickel coating and depositing speed are investigated. The microhardness, adhesion strength and corrosion resistance of the coating are determined. The results show that the coating has higher hardness, good adhesion strength, much improved corrosion resistance. X-ray diffractometry indicates the coating is amorphous, but crystallization will happen in the process of heat treatment. When the temperature of heat treatment comes up to 400℃, crystallization effect will be more obvious.
