摘要 冠状动脉粥样硬化是一种严重危害人类健康的常见病,对其防治方法的研究是当今医药学界的热点课题。介绍冠状动脉粥样硬化的分子基础、角鲨烯合成酶的生物合成、角鲨烯合成酶抑制剂降血脂的作用机制及微生物来源的角鲨烯合成酶抑制剂活性的研究进展。 Cardiovascular disease is one of the greatest threats to human life and health. The research on the treatment and protective method of atherogenesis has become the investigating hot topic in medical and pharmaceutical field. The molecular basis of atherogenesis, biosynthesis of the squalene synthase, the mecha- nism of inhibiting squalene synthase (SQS) ,the producing strains and bioactivities of SQS inhibitor from microorganisms were reviewed.
