摘要
已有研究发现,肿瘤细胞中的精氨酸含量与细胞的生长和凋亡有密切的关系。介绍精氨酸在机体内的代谢特征,抑制肿瘤的机制,以及目前国内外对精氨酸及精氨酸酶类抗肿瘤药物的开发和应用研究情况。
Arginine has extensive physiological function and is related to the growth and cell apoptosis of cancer closely. Recent research and development on arginine and its related drugs in anti-cancer therapy are reviewed, including the anti-cancer mechanism, the application and the development of arginine or its enzymes in tumor treatment.
