摘要
基于4期遥感数据与社会-经济资料,应用RS/GIS技术对1984~2003年苏州市非农用地扩张导致的农业土壤资源缩减进行了系统研究。结果表明,2003年苏州市非农用地总面积比1984年扩大了2.9倍,年均扩展面积810hm^2。与苏州市相比,苏州地区的非农用地相对扩张强度(ER)较高,表明苏州地区以乡镇企业蓬勃发展为驱动力的泛中心城市化现象突出;而绝对扩张强度(EA)却明显低于苏州市,说明苏州市在较高的城市化水平基础上,依然保持着高于苏州地区平均水平的城市化发展速度。相关资料分析表明,快速城市化背景下土地资源的非农流转可能会对苏州地区粮食安全、生态环境维护及区域可持续发展产生不容忽视的负面影响。图3,表3,参13。
Based on spatial data originated from Landsat satellite images, in combination with conducted concerning urban sprawl and landuse dynamics in the Suzhou region from 1984 to 2003 with RS/GIS techniques. The results obtained indicated that, along with rapid urbanization and industrialization, the land consumption of infrastructure construction had been increasing very fast and the total urban area of cantonal Suzhou expanded had grown by some 2.9 times, from 10,200 hm^2 to 29,200 hm^2 during the 20-year period. Temporal and spatial analysis of the land fallen into construction showed an accelerated urban sprawl from 1984 to 2003, In comparison with that in cantonal Suzhou, relative intensity index (EI) of urban expansion for whole Suzhou region (5 counties inclusive) was much bigger, especially during the period from 1984 to 1995, demonstrating a significant contribution of decentraliznd urbanization process induced by rapid development of village-township enterprises. By contraries, the cantonal Suzhou had a bigger absolute intensity index (Eu) of expansion than the whole Sushou region, indicating a higher current urbanization level and a faster urbanizing process in the cantonal area.
