随着肥料和农药的大量使用，农业非点源污染已经成为危及全球生态环境和农业可持续发展的主要方式之一。分析了石家庄市1994～2003年10年来肥料、农药用量变化和发展趋势，提出采用最佳管理措施（耕作、灌溉方式、农田景观设计等）来控制农业非点源污染。图2，表2，参10。

Agricultural non-point source pollution due to widely application of fertilizers and pesticides is becoming the major cause of the environment deterioration.The application of fertilizes and pesticides in Shijiazhuang city from 1994-2003 was analyzed and the changing tendency of regional agricultural non-point source pollution was given in this paper.Appropriate management practices （such as cultivation, inrrigation methods and landscape design） to control agricultural non-point source pollution were provided.
