癫癎患儿父母抑郁情绪及影响因素分析

Analysis on inflnence factors of depression in parents with epileptic children

目的研究癫痫患儿父母抑郁流行情况及影响因素。方法应用综合医院焦虑／抑郁情绪测定量表测量患儿父母的抑郁情绪。结果对4～18岁癫痫患儿父母341人进行调查。癫痫患儿父母中约40．3％有不同程度抑郁，其中轻度抑郁占25．5％，中度抑郁占10．3％。重度抑郁占5．0％；父母抑郁与患儿居住地（城市／乡镇／农村）、患儿发作频率、家庭经济状况、父母文化程度、父母对癫痂知识的了解程度等呈显著相关（P〈0．05）。结论癞痫患儿父母抑郁情况比较严重，控制癫痫患儿临床发作并进行癫痫知识宣传教育，可有效减轻癫痫患儿父母的抑郁情绪。

Objective To calculate the depression level in the parents with epileptic children, and to study the affecting factors of parental depression. Methods The subjects were 341 parents with 4～18 years old epileptic children. The questionnaire of Hospital Anxiety and Depression （HAD） was used. Results 40.3 percent of the parents had different degree of depression, and mild depression was 25.5 %, moderate depression is 10.3 %, severe depression was 5.0 %. Parental depression correlated significantly with the children＇s living place （eity/county/viUage）, seizure frequency, familial economic conditions and parental understanding level of the relevant knowledge of epilepsy. Conclusion The epileptic children＇ s parental depression is severe. Strengthening the propaganda and knowledge education of epilepsy combined by controlling the children＇ s seizure;parental depression can be alleviated.
