Effect of oxygen free radicals on lung ischemia-reperfusion injury

摘要 凡是具有未成对电子的原子、分子或原子团都称为自由基,在体内分布广泛。氧自由基的直接损伤作用、以及在介导脂质过氧化、蛋白质和DNA损伤、改变信号传导通路、刺激转录因子活化以及诱导细胞凋亡中有重要而广泛的生物学效应,对肺缺血再灌注损伤的发生、发展和转归有着重要的影响。 All unpaired atom,molecule and atomic group are called free radicals,which exist in body widely. Oxygen free radicals have direct injury function, and important biologic effect leading to lipid peroxidation, damage of protein and DNA, change of signal pathway, stimulating transcriptional factor activation,inducing cell apoptosis. Oxygen free radicals have important influence in occurrence, developtment and turnover in lung ischemia-reperfusion injury.
