摘要
糖原合成酶激酶-3(GSK-3)是一种丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,其广泛存在于各种细胞中,参与多种信号转导通路调节,在胚胎发育、细胞分化、肿瘤形成等多方面发挥重要作用。目前至少发现了Wnt及NK-κB这两条与肿瘤密切相关的转导通路与该酶联系紧密。已有实验证实,通过对GSK-3的调节,可以促进肿瘤生长或者凋亡。因此,对GSK-3的深入研究,可为肿瘤发生、发展机制的阐明及肿瘤的治疗产生重要作用。
GSK-3 is a member of the Ser/Thr protein kinase family highly conserved and have been identified in every eukaryote. It plays an important role in morphology, proliferation, motility and cell fate. Now,GSK-3 plays an important role in at least two signal transductory systems, namely, the Wnt/wingless and NF-κB which are closely related with tumor. Regulation activity of GSK-3 can influence survival and proliferation of tumor. GSK-3 deserves further study to provide valuable targets for potential anti-cancer therapeutic agents.
