从瓶片内在品质和注坯吹瓶工艺2个角度分析了碳酸饮料用瓶片的爆瓶问题;研究了熔融缩聚和固相缩聚阶段优化该瓶片内在品质的措施;全面阐述了在布勒固相缩聚装置上该瓶片的生产技术。
The bottle exploding problems of carbonated beverage bottle grade chip were analysed from two points of view, the bottle grade chip internal quality and injection blank puffing bottle technology. The measures that optimizing the internal quality of bottle grade chip in the melt polycondensation and SSP stage were studied. The technology of producing carbonated beverage bgttle grade chip on BULER SSP plant were expounded comprehensively.
