介绍了目前已得到工业运用的几种处理PTA氧化尾气的技术,再生性热氧化技术,催化氧化技术(包括HPCUU流程、中温低压流程、中温高压流程),比较了这几种处理技术各自的特点及其对能量回收的影响,提出了这些技术各自适用的范围。

Several PTA oxidation reactor off-gas treatment techniques that have been applied to PTA plant are introdueed. The techniques including regeneration thermal oxidation process, HPCUU process, medium temperature low pressure process and medium temperature high pressure process. The characteristics of each method and their effects on the energy recovery are compared. Suitable application areas of these techniques are proposed.
