摘要
采用复合乳化剂聚合工艺,制得丙烯酸酯类改性环氧树脂乳液。研究了乳化剂、反应温度、引发剂的用量、环氧树脂的种类及用量、软硬单体的比例、三乙烯四胺用量等对丙烯酸酯类改性环氧树脂乳液综合性能的影响,确定了适宜的反应条件和配方。
An acrylate modified epoxy emulsion was prepared by compound emulsion polymerization techniques. The influences of emulsifier, reaction temperature, dosage of initiator, types and dosage of epoxy resin, ratio of soft and hard monomers and dosage of triethylene tetramine on the comprehensive properties of acrylate modified epoxy emulsion were studied. The proper reactive condition and formulation were determined.
