摘要
介绍了基于双光速-双散射多谱勒技术的激光测速仪工作原理,对该类非接触式直接测量线速度的仪表进行了数学解析,并在与其他测速仪比较的基础上,对激光测速仪应用对象、仪表扫描周期和采样周期与滤波的关系、测量精度主要影响因素、安装及日常使用等实际问题提出了解决办法。将其应用于本钢薄板冷连轧机组,提高了产品的成材率,大大降低了产品能耗,提升了产品的质量水平。
Laser speedometer is the pivotal equipment in the process of setting up stream AGC control system, but the principle of laser speedometer based on double velocity of light and double scattering doppler technology has never been reported. Aiming at untouched speedometer that measures linear velocity directly, the mathematical analysis is discussed, and the proper way is given to the object of application, the relationship between scan period, sampling period and filtering, the primary influencing factors in the field of measuring accuracy, the installation and some practical problems. It has certain directive significance to the application of doppler technology in the field of untouched measuring length and thickness of strip steel.
