摘要
针对重型矿用电动车电传动控制系统插件板多且存在故障率高、检修麻烦、备件昂贵等缺点,以TMS320F2812 DSP为CPU,采用非线性PI励磁调节控制策略,研制了154 t电动轮自卸车新型微机控制系统。测试结果表明本系统集成度高、性能稳定、抗干扰能力强,不仅实现了进口设备备件的国产化,也可用于装备新一代国产154 t电动轮自卸车。
To the problem that the transmission control system of the electric wheels autonomous dump truck is made up of some pinboards and has a series of troubles including many failures, difficult maintenance and perplexed alternative, a microcomputer control system for the electrical transmission of 154 t truck is developed, by adopting the high performance DSP chip called TMS320F2812 as CPU. And the excitation control subsystem adopts the nonlinear-PI controller. The testing results show that the system has excellent anti-interference, highly integrated level and stable performance. Thus the system can be used as a device alternative for imported-trucks and a basic configuration for new 154 t trucks.
