摘要
介绍了十字梁实验系统的设计和实现,十字梁实验系统是一个用于验证喷气反作用控制的作用和效果的实验平台,以十字梁为研究对象,可以对各种经典的和现代的控制算法进行验证。该系统以TI公司的TMS320LF2407 DSP控制器为核心,由两个加速度计和一个陀螺仪组成姿态角测量系统,根据PWM控制原理实现开关电磁阀的比例控制,从而控制喷气反作用力的大小,最终控制梁体的旋转角度。给出了仿真结果和实验结果的对比图,说明了模型的正确性。所设计的系统响应快,精度高,具有很高的工程应用价值。
As a platform used to validate the function and effect of jet reaction control cross beam experimental system is discussed, which is used to validate kinks of classic and modem control method as a research object. The core of the system is a Trs TMS320LF2407 DSP controller and the measure system of the attitude is composed of two acceleremeters and a gyroscope. The proportional output of the on-off valves is based on the principle of PWM, then the jet reaction force is controlled, which results in the beam attitude controlled. The design and implementation of the system is introduced. The simulation and experimental results show the validity of the simulation model, the quick response, high precision and good engineering application value.
