设备工程监理中投资控制方法研究

针对设备工程监理制度将在我国全面建立和推行的情况,建立了设备工程监理的投资控制的偏差分析法,完善了设备工程监理的投资控制方法体系。偏差分析法中的横道图法简单明了,能够准确表达出费用的绝对偏差。表格法灵活、适用性强、信息量大,可借助于计算机处理。曲线法形象、直观,对投资偏差和进度偏差的定性分析可以获得明显的效果。该方法已应用在大型设备工程项目监理中。应用结果表明,项目成本减少,投资控制方面取得了显著的经济效益。

For the reason that equipment engineering supervision will be built in our county, warp analysis method of equipment engineering supervision cost control is proposed.
