摘要
以提纯钠化后的鄂东钙基蒙脱石为基质原料,以钛酸正丁酯[Ti(n-C4H9O)4]为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列钛交联蒙脱石纳米复合材料(Ti-PILCs),并对水/丙酮比、Ti/土比、交联反应时间等制备条件进行了分析,对产品进行了表征。
A Ti-pillared montmorillonite (Ti-PILCs) has been synthesized by using the uhea-pure montmoriUonite and Ti(n-C4H90) 4 as raw materials through the sol-gel process. Several major technological parameters in the synthetic process, such as water/acetone ratio,Ti/montmorillonite ratio, cross-linking time have been investigated. The characteristics of the Ti-PILCs have been identified by means of the determination of XRD, Fr-IR and SEM techniques.
