摘要
采用熔融法制备微晶玻璃,探讨了钢渣、粉煤灰及铜尾矿复合尾矿微晶玻璃中引入ZnO对其性能以及显微结构的影响,并借助X衍射仪和扫描电镜分析了微晶玻璃的主晶相和显微结构。试验结果表明:引入质量分数为2%的ZnO,微晶玻璃的晶粒尺寸为1μm左右时,抗弯强度最大;当ZnO的添加量进一步增多,将导致微晶玻璃的抗弯强度降低。同时,随着ZnO用量的增加,颜色逐渐由亮黄色变成黑褐色。
A glass-ceramics was prepared by the melting method. The influences of doping ZnO on the performance and microstructure of glass-ceramics based on composite tailings have been researched. The main crystalline phase and microstructure of glass-ceramics were identified by XRD and SEM techniques. The results showed that when the dose of ZnO is 2% ,the size of crystalline grains is minimal,but the flexural strength of microcrystalline glass is maxinal. When the dose of ZnO additive is further increased, the crystalline grains can not grow well and the content of crystal is decreased, meanwhile, the color is darkened. The test results showed that the optimal dose of ZnO is 2%.
