摘要
我国煤层气资源非常丰富,储量居世界第三位,但利用率却比较低,主要原因是煤层气的分离提纯工作比较困难。煤层气主要成分为甲烷,对于吸附分离的工艺而言,关键是甲烷气体吸附剂的选择和制备。本文回顾了吸附分离技术的概况以及甲烷气体吸附剂的发展进程。鉴于膨润土资源深加工利用的良好前景以及岩石、煤等矿物吸附甲烷的研究现状,笔者对改性膨润土作为甲烷气体吸附剂的可能性进行了探讨,并认为从理论和经济方面都是可行的。
Coalbed gas resources in China are very abundant and the reserves of the gas is to take the third in the world, Its main composition is methane, but the utilization of methane is low, the main reason is that the separation of methane is very difficult. In the utilization of PSA ( pressure Swing Adsorption), the key is the choice and preparation of methane adsorbent. This paper looks back general situation of the technologies of adsorption and separation and developing progresses of methane adsorbent. In view of the prospect of deepening processing for bentonite minerals and the present situation of study on mineral substances such as rock and coal adsorbing methane, authors discussed the possibility of modified bentonite as methane adsorbent and thought that it is feasible.
