Because of the long-term exploitation of resources and the gradual decline of the backbone industries, there will appear a series of economic and social problems such as the serious destruction of the environment, the large number of the laidoff workers, the all-around atrophy of economy and the frequent occurrence of mass events in the resourceful region. The sustainable development of the resourceful region has become a tough issue in the whole world. To search for a suitable path for the sustainable development of the resourceful region is of realistic significance in terms of building a well-off society in an allround way and directing the regional economic development with the scientific concept of development.
