摘要 概要工艺规划是产品开发早期阶段的重要活动之一。但由于该阶段还不能获得详细的产品信息,使得概要工艺规划难以进行。对此,提出了采用关键特性表示粗粒度、非完备的产品信息,以支持在概要工艺规划过程进行产品的可生产性分析和关键工艺方案制定,给出了关键特性的定义,论述了关键特性的分类、分解和传递的原则和方法。在此基础上,提出了产品开发早期的关键特性识别过程及其方法,包括设计要求获取、设计要求与特性映射和关键特性判定3个步骤,并以有翼导弹的弹翼为例予以验证。 Conceptual process planning is one of'important activities in the early product development stage. However, detailed product information couldn't be obtained so that it was difficult to carry out conceptual process planning. Therefore, key characteristics were proposed to express incomplete product information with rough-granularity, and to support productability analysis and key process planning in the course of conceptual process planning. The key characteristics were defined. Classification, flow-down decomposition and transfer principles of key characteristics were discussed. Process and approaches of identifying key characteristics in the early stage of product development were proposed including three steps: design requirement acquisition, design requirement and characteristics mapping, and key characteristics decision. Finally, the wing design for winged missile was used to verify the proposed process and approaches.
