摘要
文章阐述了浙江地区小康理论与浙江地区现代化理论。浙江地区小康理论是指浙江地区在小康建设中,从1980年开始到2010年实现全面小康的进程及规律的系统的理论阐述。浙江地区现代化理论是对浙江地区在实现全面小康的基础上到2020年基本实现现代化的基本规律和特征的系统的理论阐述。
This article mainly expresses the theory of being fairly well - off and the theory of being modem in Zhejiang Province. The theory of being fairly well - off in Zhejiang means the procedure and pattern from the construction to full realization of being fairly well-off in the period from 1980 to 2010. The theory of being modem means the basic pattern and specialties from full realization of being fairly well - off to the realization of being modernized in 2020.
