摘要
执行是所有组织,特别是企业面临的最重要的管理问题之一。没有执行力,企业就没有了竞争力。执行涉及社会、经济、文化、法律、科技等多方面的内容,文章分析了传统文化、社会文化、地域文化对执行的影响,提出了中国企业建立执行文化的对策建议。
Execution is one of the most important managing problems for all kinds of organizations, especially for enterprises. Lacking of executive ability, the enterprises will lose their competitive abilities. Executive involves social, economy, culture, law, science and technology. This article analyzes how the execution is influenced by the traditional culture, social culture and regional culture, then proposes suggestions to Chinese enterprises about how to create executive culture.
