摘要
上市公司高管人员激励机制问题,是当前我国上市公司治理改革实践中的一个重点问题。文章以安徽省上市公司为基础对我国上市公司高管人员薪酬激励机制进行研究,发现在高管薪酬水平、高管人员持股、高管薪酬结构、高管薪酬制度规范化等方面存在许多问题,文章对这些问题分别进行了分析,并提出了相应的政策建议。
Senior executive's salary incentive mechanism of listed companies is a key issue of the current practice of corporate governance reform, Based on listed companies in Anhui Province, this paper researched senior executive's salary incentive mechanism of Chinese listed companies, and found that there are many problems in the salary level of executives, the salary structure of executives, the holding of executives, the standardization of executive's salary system and so on. We analyzed these issues in depth and then recommended corresponding policies.
