摘要
本试验采用电泳技术对白灵侧耳、阿魏侧耳、刺芹侧耳、鲍鱼侧耳、糙皮侧耳等侧耳属的5个种11个优选菌株的液体菌种,进行了酯酶同工酶、过氧化物酶同工酶、漆酶同工酶及可溶性蛋白图谱分析。结果表明单独利用一种同工酶或可溶性蛋白图谱难以区分供试菌株,如将各图谱进行综合聚类分析则可准确区分。综合聚类分析表明,所选菌株均为不重复菌株,在2.828≤D≤3.000(最短距离法)和3.000≤D≤3.317(最长距离法)水平上均可聚为5大类,即侧耳属5个不同种,这与它们各自的形态学特征相一致。
The analysis on esterase isozyme, peroxydase isozyme, laccase isozyme and soluble protein was used in the study of 11 selected Strains which belong to Pleurotus nebrodensis, Pleurotus ferulae, Pleurotus eryngii, Pleurotus abalones, and Pleurotus ostreatus respectively. The results showed that only one isozyme or soluble protein couldnt distinguish the strains tested. It was easy to distinguish the strains with all the zymogram. The synthesis cluster analysis shows that the strains tested werent repeated and can be classified into 5 categories at 2.8286≤D≤3.000 ( Nearest neighbor) and 3. 000 ≤ D≤ 3.317 ( Furthest neighbor) level which according with their morphological characteristic.
