摘要
以喹啉为荧光底物,经Fenton反应产生强荧光物质,偶合过氧化氢酶催化H2O2分解反应,建立了过氧化氢酶的活性测定的新方法,方法用于水果样品中过氧化氢酶活性的测定,结果满意。
By coupling the Fenton reaction with the (CAT) - catalyzed reaction, a fluorometric method for the determination of CAT, has been dcuoloped The linear response range of which is 9.20×10^-4 -9.20 ×10^-3 U/mL. This method is sensitive, selective and rapid. Satisfactory results were obtained for the determination of CAT in strawberry and peach samples.
