摘要 设计一种数字全息显微的实验记录光路,介绍一种数字全息图像重建的算法。这种方法只需一幅数字全息图就可得到微小物体的再现像,它使数字全息显微实现实时再现成为可能。 An experimental setup of digital holographic microscopy is designed and an arithmetic of reconstructing digitally recorded holgrams is presented. Only one digital hologram is needed to reconstruct hologram of tiny object. It is possible to realize real- time reconstruction images in digital holographic microscopy.
