从湿热毒瘀谈病毒性肝炎的病机与治法

Discussion on the Pathogenesis and Therapeutic Methods for Viral Hepatitis From Humid,Heat,Toxicity and Blood Stasis

文章对病毒性肝炎(VH)的病机从湿热瘀毒诸方面进行了深入剖析,认为阳黄和“无黄”都以湿热为本,“无黄”、阳黄、阴黄在一定条件下可以相互转化。重型VH,慢性VH的病机及病理演变,以毒和瘀为病理特点。应针对湿、热的主次和各自侵袭的不同部位及瘀毒的临床表现予以灵活施治。VH恢复期应着重舒肝健脾,补益肝肾,清解余邪。

The paper analyzes the pathogenesis of viral hepatitis deeply from the humid, heat, blood stasis and toxicity. The yang jaundice and ＂Wuhuang＂ are thought that humid and heat are their basis, yang jaundice, yin jaundice, ＂Wuhuang＂ can replace each other at a certain condition. Toxicity and blood stasis are the pathological characteristics of serious and chronic viral hepatitis. So, we should treat the diseases actively aiming at the primary and secondary humid and heat, different parts being invaded, clinical ap- pearance of toxicity and blood stasis. Viral hepatitis in convalescent stage should be paid attention to soothing liver and invigorating spleen, tonifying the liver and kidney, clearing the remaining evil.
