高效液相色谱法测定六味地黄汤中梓醇含量

Determination of Catalpol in Rehmanniae Decoction of Six Ingredients with HPLC

目的：利用高效液相色谱法分离、测定六味地黄汤中梓醇，完善质量控制方法。方法：用kromasil ODS-1柱（200mm×4.6mm）色谱柱，0.5％的乙腈溶液为流动相，检测波长为210nm，柱温25℃。结果：梓醇在0．0673。1．346μg范围内呈艮好的线性关系，平均回收率为97．95％，RSD=0．96％（n=5）。结论：该法方便简便、快速，准确可靠。

Objective： In order to improve the method of quality control, the HPLC was used to separate and determine the catalpol in Rehmanniae decoction of six ingredients. Method： The chromatographic conditions included the kromasil ODS- 1 column （200 mm ×4.6 mm） and mobile phase consisted of 0.5% acetonitrile, the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Result： The catalpol showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 0673 × 1. 346μg. the average recovery was 97.75% with RSD 0.96%. Conclusion： The method is simple, fast, accurate and reliable.
