摘要
目的:以苦参碱及总浸出物得率为定量指标,研究阴洗液的最佳制备工艺。方法:采取正交试验法进行工艺优选;用薄层扫描法测定苦参碱的含量。结果:提取次数对苦参碱及总浸出物得率有显著性,药材粉碎度对苦参碱的提取有较大影响。结论:最佳提取工艺为以药材最粗粉为原料,加水煎煮2次(10倍、1.5 h;9倍、1 h)。分离方法采用离心法与加压法均能保证制剂的得率及有效成分的含量。
Objective: The best preparative technique of Yinxi solution was studied to use matrine and total extracts yield as the quantitative targets. Method: The orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the technique; the TLC was used to determine the content of matrine. Result: The extractive times had a distinct effect on the matrine and total extract yield, the comminution degree had great effects to extract the matrine. Conclusion: The best extractive techniques is to use the coarsest powder as raw material, to add water for decocting twice( 10 times, 1.5 hours; 9 times, 1 hour). The separation method adopts the centrifugation and pressurization, which can guarantee the yield of preparation and the contents of active components.
