摘要
使用Instron3211型和BrabenderPLD331型毛细管流交仪研究了酯型ECDP的流变性能。结果表明:酯型ECDP具有剪切变稀特性,随着第四组分含量的增加.共聚酯熔体的非牛顿指数n增大,表观粘度ηa、粘流活化能(ΔEηa)rw和结构粘度指数Δη下降,流动性能得到改善,对可纺性有利。
Rheological properties of ester-type ECDP were studied by means of an InstronCapillary Rheometer Model 3211 and a Brabender Capill ary Rheometer Model PLD 331.The results showed that the copolyesters have the property of shear thinning;with increasingcontents of the fourth component, the non-Newton Index n of the copolyester melts willincrease, while the values of apparent viscosity ηa, flow - activation energy (ΔEηa) γw andstructural vicosity index Δη will decrease, which is beneficial to the spinnability of thecopolyesters.
