聚四氟乙烯拉丝编织绳的成型工艺 被引量:1

摘要 着重介绍以聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)薄膜切割丝为主体材料浸渍PTFE分散液后经过编织而成的绳状产品的成型工艺。产品适用范围温度为-200~+260℃;线速度为8m/s;流体压力为30MPa;流体介质为各种腐蚀性化学药品,如浓硝酸、盐酸、硫酸、氢氟酸、强碱等。 The moulding technique of drawing and weaving rope which is used PTFE film dicing silk as main material and then put into dispersion liquid for PTFE and then weaved into rope was introduced. The use temperature of PTFE weaving rope which is manufatured by the technique of being introduction in this paper is from - 200 - +260℃ , line speed is 8m/s, fluid pressure is 30MPa.the rope was useful for various corrosion chemical medium such as strong nitric acid, chlorhydric acid, aulfuric acid, hydrofluoricaci d, strong base and so on.trong base and so on.
