焦化废水深度处理的工业试验

Industrial Test for Coking Effluent Deepening Treatment

利用原生物脱酚设备和不改变操作条件,在二沉池中投加絮凝剂和新增焦炭、活性炭吸附塔等设备的方法,对焦化废水进行深度处理。工业试验表明,经深度处理后的废水不仅可达到国家的排放标准,而且可作部分工艺复用水使用。

Coking effluent is treated deeply by the utilization of existing biological dephenolizing plant, no change of operating conditions, adding flocculant into the second pre- cipitating tank and equipment for coke, active carbon and absorber. An industrial test shows that after deepening treatment coking effluent not only reaches the national discharging standard, but also can be reused in part of production process.
