摘要
讨论了侧吹风的压力、速度以及风速分布不匀对涤纶ＰＯＹ乌斯特值、Ｍ率和后加工性能的影响．同时提出了产生不匀风速的原因和如何改善侧吹风条件来取得稳定的层流性冷却风．
The effects of quench air pressure, velocity and unevenness on Uster value, M rate and after-processing property of polyester POY are mainly discussed. It also advances the reason of the formation of uneven wind velocity and how to improve the quench air condition to obtain a stable cooling condition with layered stream.
