摘要
针对船用浮筏隔振系统,采用有限元分析法,建立了两种筏体结构的浮筏隔振系统的有限元分析模型.提出了采用复刚度法模拟隔振器的阻抗,并由试验测得的隔振器阻抗求得了其随频率变化的刚度和结构阻尼系数.在此基础上,采用振级落差方法估算了浮筏隔振系统的隔振效果,并与试验结果进行了对比,理论预测与实测值基本一致.
For the marine vibration isolating system, finite element models of two kinds floating raft system are set up in this paper. The complex stiffness method is proposed to simulate the impedance of vibration isolator in the finite element models, and the stiffness and damp coefficient varying with frequency are obtained from the impedance measured in the testing. Based on the theoretic analysis, the vibration level fall is applied to measure the effect of vibration isolating. Comparing experiment result with theoretic value, the two are consistent approximately.
